About the role
We are looking for a motivated Beauty Products Sales Advisor to guide customers in selecting and purchasing beauty items. The role focuses on delivering personalized recommendations, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized advice to clients on beauty product selection
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain customer loyalty
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on trends
- Deliver excellent customer service during visits
- Optimize daily route to maximize efficiency
- Identify and acquire new customers
Required profile
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities
- Responsible, punctual, organized and tidy
- Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with product nomenclature and terminology
