About the role

Grupo Saytec is looking for a proactive Commercial Advisor to generate new business opportunities, advise clients, and promote our engineering products and services. The role combines field sales, client relationship management, and post‑sale support across El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the engineering sector.
• Engage with prospects, present solutions, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Maintain the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
• Travel to client sites and conduct field visits as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or professional consulting.
• High‑school diploma, technical training, or university studies in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting KPIs.
• Valid driver’s license; own vehicle is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of electricity concepts.
