About the role

The MYPE Advisor will manage and advise micro and small enterprises on the company’s savings and credit products. Working full‑time on site in Santa Tecla, you will interact directly with local entrepreneurs, identifying their financial needs and providing transparent, close‑knit service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify financial needs of micro‑ and small‑business clients.
• Conduct visits and meetings with entrepreneurs to present products.
• Analyze credit applications and follow up on approved operations.
• Support basic risk evaluation and assist in portfolio recovery.
• Foster client loyalty through consistent, transparent communication.

Required profile

• Education in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent experience in financial advisory for entrepreneurs.
• Commercial aptitude: ability to detect opportunities, negotiate, close deals and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Basic analytical ability: handle numbers, understand simple financial statements, assess payment capacity and credit risk at the MYPE level.
• Self‑motivated and team‑oriented, organized, result‑driven and responsible for managing a portfolio and commercial targets.
• Strong oral and written communication; capable of explaining financial products clearly and empathetically.
• Willingness to perform field work and frequent client visits.
• Experience in micro‑finance or small‑business advisory and knowledge of the local environment is valued.
