About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and drive sales directly on the sales floor. The role is based in San Benito, San Salvador, and focuses on personalized assistance and achieving daily and monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, personalized advice to customers at the point of sale.
- Promote products and services, meeting daily and monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial advisory.
- Strong verbal communication, empathy and a proactive attitude.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Availability to work in the San Benito area.
