About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Assistant to join our technology team. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to internal users and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Set up and maintain printers and other office technology equipment.
• Provide timely, quality technical assistance to end‑users.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer hardware.
• Document tickets, track incidents and follow up on requests.
• Assist with additional tasks related to the IT department as needed.

Required profile

• Student in the 4th or 5th year, or recent graduate of a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or a related field.
• Intermediate English with technical terminology.
• Strong orientation to user service and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Printer installation and support.
• Basic BIOS/UEFI configuration and boot order management.
• Command‑line operations using CMD and PowerShell.
• Fundamental networking concepts, internet connectivity and Wi‑Fi.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
