Asistente de Operaciones – Billing Médico

About the role

MediBilling, a growing Salvadoran startup serving U.S. healthcare clients, is looking for an Operations Assistant. You will be trained from scratch to become a specialist in medical billing and revenue recovery, working closely with a small, fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute medical billing and revenue recovery processes.
• Manage cases from start to finish, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Communicate primarily in English via email, platforms, and occasional calls.
• Review documentation, spot inconsistencies, and conduct investigations before closing cases.
• Maintain clear records of progress and follow‑up, escalating when necessary.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and other operational priorities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English sufficient for understanding documents and drafting clear emails.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and consistent in follow‑up.
• Eager to learn new processes and systems.
• Open to feedback and willing to ask questions when unclear.

Required skills

• English (oral and written) – ability to read technical documents and communicate with U.S. partners.
