About the role

This position provides comprehensive support to store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and proper administrative documentation. The role is essential for maintaining smooth daily activities and supporting the store manager in all operational aspects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash register operations, record sales, receive payments, perform cash closures, and control cash values.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, answer inquiries, and follow up on requests.
• Prepare and manage administrative, commercial, and tax documents such as quotations, orders, and supporting paperwork.
• Maintain store administrative controls, ensuring documents are organized, up‑to‑date, and securely stored.
• Generate cash and operational reports, providing timely and reliable information.
• Support inventory and dispatch processes by verifying documentation, products, and movements when required.
• Track and resolve operational incidents related to cash, billing, inventory, documentation, or customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager in overall operational management, adhering to internal procedures, administrative controls, and applicable tax regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and documentation.
• Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service.
• Organizational skills to maintain orderly records and reports.
• Willingness to follow established procedures and support the store manager.
