Assistant Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

TruSummit Insurance is seeking a remote Assistant Account Manager to support client service and account management across personal and commercial insurance and financial products. This full‑time position assists in delivering cost‑effective solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documents for clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams.
• Help resolve billing, claims, and coverage questions promptly and professionally.
• Support implementation of insurance and financial strategies, tracking key deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service orientation with clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting policy information and supporting basic financial and risk assessments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or account management is beneficial.
• Relevant licensing or willingness to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe.
