Associate, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual

About the role

The Associate, Customer Acquisition works within a dedicated territory and team to drive revenue through new sales, renewals and upsell opportunities. The role focuses on engaging customers, articulating product value, and overcoming objections to retain and grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and renew contracts while meeting a revenue‑based quota.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and assess client requirements.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Manage a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts daily.
• Update the CRM with all relevant customer interactions and data.
• Participate in lead qualification, conversion, health checks and act as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience handling high‑volume calling and outbound outreach.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and quick learning of new technologies.
• Willingness or ability to work from home.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
