Auditor interno senior

About the role

As a Senior Internal Auditor at Construtalento, you will lead financial and operational audit projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and best practices in internal control.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal financial and operational audits.
• Review key processes, analyze accounting and financial documentation, and identify risks.
• Prepare clear, structured audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions and improve control systems.
• Participate in updating audit procedures, defining control indicators, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in internal audit or risk management are a plus.
• Proven experience in internal or external audit, preferably within corporate or service environments.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously on multiple audits.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of confidentiality.
