About the role
The company is seeking an Operational Auditor Assistant to join its team in Soyapango. The role involves evaluating internal processes, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to support effective decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Assess internal processes and controls to pinpoint risks and improvement opportunities.
- Verify the accuracy and regulatory compliance of records and documentation.
- Identify internal and external risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Conduct operational testing and analysis of transactions and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports that include findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- High school diploma with a focus on accounting.
- Minimum two years of experience in operational auditing, process review, or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Valid light‑vehicle driver’s license.
