About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Administration, Accounting and Finance team in San Salvador. The role focuses on efficiently managing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely cash flow and supporting the organization’s financial growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and record customer payments.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date accounts receivable ledger.
  • Generate regular reports on the current portfolio status.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients and sales representatives.
  • Provide customer service related to billing inquiries.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar financial functions.
  • Proactive, organized and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong commitment, attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of SAP system.
