Auxiliar de E‑Commerce

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Assistant to provide personalized digital customer service, manage orders and support the retail operations of our online channel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through digital channels, follow‑up on requests and nurture sales opportunities.
• Validate and process online orders, generate invoices and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Request products from the relevant department to guarantee timely delivery.
• Create shipping guides and coordinate dispatch until the order reaches the customer.
• Provide administrative support to various internal areas and maintain constant communication.

Required profile

• University student, preferably studying Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital customer service, call‑center environments or online sales.
• Organized, proactive, responsible with strong verbal and written communication.
• Problem‑solving orientation and service‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Retail One system.
• Knowledge of SAP.

What we offer

• Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday with one day off between Tuesday and Thursday.
• Base salary of USD 409 per month plus individual sales commissions and KPI bonuses.
