About the role

The Security Monitoring Assistant will manage the bank's electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarm, and access control, ensuring timely response to incidents and proper follow‑up of alerts across branches and ATMs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 24/7 live monitoring of branches and ATMs using the bank's CCTV applications.
• Review post‑event video footage triggered by anti‑skimming alerts to detect fraudulent devices.
• Verify proper operation of video recorders and cameras, generate fault reports and track resolution.
• Log and follow up on incidents reported from all bank locations, escalating to authorities when required.
• Document opening/closing alarm calls and validate alarm system communications.
• Prepare shift handover reports and weekly consolidated incident summaries.
• Produce security follow‑up reports for visits by senior bank officials.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration or related fields.
• Basic administrative experience (6 months to 1 year preferred).
• Familiarity with video surveillance and monitoring systems is desirable.
• Understanding of process management and emerging digital security trends.

Required skills

• Operating CCTV and video surveillance equipment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
