About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support the loading of products onto secondary distribution vehicles. The role ensures that trucks are fully loaded according to route documentation and departure priorities, guaranteeing timely dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Receive products from primary supply drivers to start the secondary truck loading process.
• Load products onto secondary distribution trucks following documented priorities.
• Move trucks between the loading zone and staging area to meet loading schedules.
• Report any issues during loading to the primary logistics supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Inspect incoming product and reject items that do not meet quality standards.
• Temporarily adjust loading schedules and reject damaged product when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar loading or logistics role.
• Intermediate proficiency with Office software, Windows, email and internet tools.
• Light vehicle driving licence held for at least six months.
