About the role
The Sales Assistant will support the secondary distribution process by loading products onto delivery trucks according to route documentation and priority schedules. This onsite role ensures timely departures and maintains product quality for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Receive products from primary supply drivers and prepare them for secondary distribution.
- Load products onto secondary distribution trucks following documented priorities and route plans.
- Move trucks between loading zones to meet loading schedules.
- Report any issues during loading to the primary logistics supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Inspect products and reject any that do not meet quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar loading or logistics role.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows operating system, email and internet tools.
- Valid light vehicle driving license with at least six months of experience.
