Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor

About the role

RSES is a growing healthcare outsourcing company that provides medical administrative support to U.S. healthcare practices. They are looking for a bilingual professional to handle inbound and outbound communications, process data, and support patient scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day in English and Spanish.
• Make 12–15 outbound calls per day in both languages.
• Provide professional bilingual customer service to patients.
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation of medical records.
• Support medical scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Maintain communication with U.S.-based clinical staff and ensure confidentiality compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 85%).
• Previous experience in an English‑speaking call center.
• Strong communication skills with a patient‑centered mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or current university student (preferred).
