Bilingual Associate – Customer Acquisition

About the role

The Associate, Customer Acquisition works directly with customers to demonstrate the value of our client’s products and services, focusing on new sales and contract renewals. This bilingual position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue‑based quotas through renewals, upsells and new sales.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures, objections and retain or win customers.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and emails daily.
• Keep the CRM updated with all relevant customer interactions and data.
• Participate in lead qualification, conversion, health checks and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to deliver a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with high‑volume calling and data‑driven environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
