Bilingual Intake & Lead Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake & Lead Specialist to engage prospective clients interested in our legal services. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding callers through the intake process in a remote, full‑time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
• Build rapport with prospective clients through empathetic and professional conversations.
• Conduct intake calls to gather details about legal situations, such as unlawful detainers (evictions).
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with the appropriate legal team members.
• Identify additional legal concerns and offer complementary services, including a second opinion when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or case‑management system.
• Ensure timely follow‑up to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Communicate lead status and next steps clearly to internal team members.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions, identify client needs, and guide conversations toward scheduling a consultation.
• Calm, patient, empathetic, and professional when handling sensitive situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5:30 PM PT).
• Monthly salary of $1,300 USD.
