Bilingual Sales Development Associate

About the role

The Associate Sales Representative will showcase the value of our client’s products and services, focusing on new sales and contract renewals. You will work within an assigned territory and collaborate with a dedicated team to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product benefits and secure new sales or renew existing contracts.
• Achieve quota by selling renewals, upsell opportunities, and services.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assess client needs.
• Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks to product usage.
• Handle competitive objections and retain or win customers.
• Manage a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts daily.
• Keep the CRM updated with all relevant customer data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales targets.
• Experience with high‑volume calling and problem‑solving.
• Ability to learn new technology and data quickly.
• Willingness to work from home.
