Bilingual Sales Development Specialist

About the role

The Bilingual Sales Development Specialist drives revenue growth by engaging prospects and existing customers, showcasing the value of our client’s products and services. This position focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, contract renewal and new business acquisition while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and assess client requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
• Address customer concerns and remove obstacles that hinder product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Manage a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts daily.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with all relevant interaction data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with high‑volume calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and quick learning of new technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Willingness to work from home when required.
