Bilingual Virtual Assistant - Recruiting & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, organized Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our fast‑growing insurance and recruiting organization. This full‑time, remote position involves extensive phone outreach, candidate coordination, and administrative support for our leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruiting appointments.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email to keep them informed.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate information and follow‑up lists.
• Organize calendars and daily schedules for the leadership team.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken English.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong phone presence, people skills, and ability to follow scripts and systems.
• Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
• Independent worker with a quiet, professional workspace and high‑speed internet.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, call centers, or virtual assistance is strongly preferred.
