Business Intelligence Partner (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consulting firm with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Business Intelligence Partner. You will act as the main contact between BI and a specific business area, gathering its needs and working with the BI team to improve dashboards, metrics and reports so teams can make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports across different areas
• Lead bi-weekly meetings between BI and other areas
• Gather the area's needs and collaborate to solve challenges or pain points
• Review and recommend improvements to KPI performance
• Conduct research and gather data to support better analysis of outcomes

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points
• 1-3 years of experience building dashboards and reports
• Advanced proficiency in English

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Nice to have: Google Sheets and Workspace, Tableau, Databricks, Power BI
