About the role

We are seeking a Car Rental Experience Specialist to deliver top‑tier support for a leading car rental brand. In this English‑speaking position you will guide customers through reservations, modifications, billing questions and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking, modifying and cancelling car rentals.
• Provide accurate information on rental policies, insurance options, vehicle availability and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat while maintaining a seamless experience.
• Manage escalations, resolving issues related to billing, damages and service concerns.
• Maintain precise records of interactions and follow documentation policies.
• Stay up‑to‑date on company policies, industry regulations and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in car rental, travel, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation system software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
