Central American Collection Analyst

About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst supports the credit‑to‑cash cycle for TD SYNNEX, evaluating customer creditworthiness and managing accounts receivable for product sales across Central America. The role ensures timely order releases, collections and resolution of issues that may affect cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) to assess credit risk.
• Review trade payment reports to identify payment patterns.
• Evaluate security agreements, personal guarantees and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for an assigned customer base, including collections and account reconciliation.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines for the designated market.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit limits and receivable status.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues that disrupt the credit‑to‑cash process, collaborating with sales and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; studies in accounting or finance preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in collections, credit analysis or related finance functions.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong data‑entry accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and handle high‑pressure situations.
