Central American Collections Analyst

About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst supports the credit‑to‑cash cycle for TD SYNNEX, ensuring that product sales are backed by solid credit assessments and timely collections. The role focuses on customers across Central America, with a particular emphasis on candidates from El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements (balance sheets, income statements) to assess creditworthiness.
• Review trade payment reports to identify payment patterns.
• Evaluate security agreements, personal guarantees, and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for an assigned customer base, including collections and account reconciliation.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines for the designated market.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit limits and receivable status.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues affecting the credit‑to‑cash cycle in partnership with sales, operations, and customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma; accounting or finance studies preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in collections, credit analysis, or related finance functions.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong data‑entry accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
