Client Experience & Field Sales Specialist

About the role

Goodlife El Salvador, a real estate consultancy based in El Zonte, El Salvador, is hiring a full-time, on-site Client Experience & Field Sales Specialist in La Libertad. The specialist meets prospective and existing clients, understands their needs and guides them through property options, site visits and investment opportunities, managing communication from first consultation through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients and guide them through property options, site visits and investment opportunities
• Manage client communication and give timely updates
• Coordinate and conduct property tours
• Collaborate with internal and development partners on sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Gather market intelligence and support promotional activities
• Proactively identify ways to improve client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and prompt issue resolution
• Experience designing and delivering positive customer experiences in person, during property tours and in follow-up communication
• Knowledge of or strong interest in real estate, property sales or related fields; consultancy or sales experience is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in La Libertad with regular field travel to properties and developments
• Professional fluency in Spanish; English is highly beneficial for international clients

• Organizational and time-management skills, handling multiple clients and opportunities at once
• Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email, messaging apps and basic office software to track leads and document activities
