Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to prospect and develop new customers in the logistics sector, offering ocean, air, trucking, warehousing and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers
• Identify companies with international shipping and logistics needs
• Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
• Sell ocean, air, trucking, warehousing, and logistics solutions
• Follow up consistently and close new business
• Manage and grow your customer base
• Work closely with Operations to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet monthly sales and gross profit goals and objectives

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain (preferred)
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
• Ability to develop relationships with decision‑makers at any level
• Organized, persistent, and comfortable working independently
• Existing customer relationships in logistics or international trade are a major advantage
