Construction Project Administrator

About the role

You will coordinate and monitor the execution and delivery of strategic construction projects for Dollarcity, managing each project from initiation to closure while ensuring scope, schedule and resources are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to approved scope and timelines.
• Review tenders, manage contracts with external suppliers, and ensure proper administrative handling.
• Obtain and follow up on permits with relevant government entities to keep construction processes uninterrupted.
• Validate drawings, budgets, estimates, work plans and track construction progress.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, focusing on business efficiency and operational continuity.
• Produce analyses and information that support project planning, execution and strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, suppliers and authorities to align action plans and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in project management with solid construction process knowledge.
• Proven ability to track project progress and ensure successful execution and closure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
