Contract Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist based in Latin America to join our Legal team. This fully remote position supports global growth by managing the full lifecycle of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contracting for NDAs, sales, purchasing, consulting, licensing and partner agreements.
• Draft, evaluate and negotiate contracts in line with company policies and best practices.
• Review proposed terms, assess legal and business risks, provide redline recommendations and negotiate consensus.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Product Development and external parties to ensure timely execution.
• Explain contract terminology, risks and legal positions to internal partners in clear English.
• Maintain a centralized contracts repository with accurate records of revisions and correspondence.
• Assist in implementing new CLM software and modernizing administrative workflows.
• Support upkeep of product terms, corporate policies and data‑governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Located in Latin America with ability to align working hours to US business time zones.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contract terms and articulate legal positions.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and project‑management skills.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with independent judgment.
• Proven interpersonal skills for building trust across remote teams.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts (sales and procurement side).
• Hands‑on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems (e.g., Iro).
