About the role
The Dispatch and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for organizing, supervising and controlling storage and distribution operations. The main goal is to ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate order dispatch and schedule deliveries.
- Verify order completeness and accuracy.
- Plan and manage transportation routes.
- Control inventory by monitoring product inflows and outflows.
- Keep the inventory system up‑to‑date.
- Organize warehouse space and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
- Enforce safety and order standards in the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse assistants and dispatch staff, assigning tasks and shifts.
- Review invoices, shipping guides and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales and transport departments.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Leadership skills for team supervision.
- Effective communication and logistical coordination.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
