About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Education sector to lead, coordinate, and monitor a team of sales advisors. The role ensures enrollment targets are met, admission processes are executed correctly, and the commercial team continuously develops its skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, train, and track the performance of sales advisors in sales techniques and objection handling.
• Define and allocate monthly enrollment targets across the team.
• Monitor conversion KPIs, analyze data, and propose continuous‑improvement strategies.
• Prepare and present periodic commercial management reports to senior management.
• Manage relationships with strategic partners, corporate agreements, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with admission procedures, institutional policies, and ethical promotion standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in coordination, supervision or commercial leadership, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheet tools, and commercial reporting software.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
• Strong result orientation, leadership, effective communication, negotiation, and professional ethics.
