Copywriter – Creative Content Specialist

About the role

The Copywriter will translate brand communication strategies into compelling written concepts, ideas and content across multiple media. Working closely with Creative Direction and Design, you will ensure every message aligns with the brand’s identity, tone and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaigns, slogans, headlines, manifestos and communication lines.
• Write copy for social media, digital campaigns, paid media, websites, ATL and BTL materials.
• Interpret client briefs into clear, creative proposals that match each brand’s strategy.
• Collaborate with Design and Creative Direction to produce integrated concepts and executions.
• Adapt tone and style to the personality and guidelines of each brand.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations.
• Research audience trends, cultural references and digital insights to inform ideas.
• Utilise artificial‑intelligence tools for research, idea exploration and process optimisation, applying critical review to the outputs.
• Proofread all materials for spelling, clarity and consistency before delivery.
• Manage priorities and deadlines across multiple accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Literature or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a copywriter or creative writer, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, concepts and copy.
• Excellent command of spelling, grammar and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to adapt voice and style to diverse brands and audiences.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills
