About the role

As a Corporate Travel Analyst at BairesDev, you will support travel and mobility arrangements for clients and employees, navigating diverse cultures, time zones, and regulations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build professional relationships while ensuring smooth travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Support cost projections and expense report processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and other regulatory requirements across destinations.
• Coordinate mobility processes, including flights, housing, and related arrangements.
• Document processes and contribute improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, mobility, or logistics coordination.
• Good level of English.
