Country Manager – El Salvador

About the role

Nestadia is seeking its first in‑country representative to launch the real‑estate trust platform in El Salvador. You will build the entire corridor from scratch, coordinating legal, engineering, and developer partners to enable diaspora buyers to purchase homes safely from abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate with top‑tier Salvadoran law firms to secure fixed, transparent fees and fast title verification.
• Recruit licensed civil engineers to conduct on‑site property inspections on behalf of Nestadia.
• Sign reputable developers and bring their inventory onto the platform.
• Work with the legal panel to define how diaspora buyers complete deed registration and closing from the US.
• Build relationships with Salvadoran diaspora communities, associations and networks in the US to generate demand.
• Serve as the in‑country point of contact for partners and support each transaction through to registration.

Required profile

• Salvadoran national, based in El Salvador, fluent in Spanish and English.
• Established network among developers, law firms, notaries or engineers in El Salvador.
• Experience negotiating partnerships or commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of the US‑based Salvadoran diaspora and barriers to home purchase.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑directed approach with ability to build from zero and meet milestones.
• High integrity; disclose all relationships and never accept fees from partners.
