About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Antiguo Cuscatlán. The role involves interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and supporting sales in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, answering questions about products and services.
- Process orders, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Promote sales opportunities and upsell when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in bakeries or restaurants.
- Strong sales aptitude and service orientation.
- Availability to work flexible, rotating schedules and weekends.
- Residence in Santa Tecla, Antiguo Cuscatlán or nearby areas.
