Customer Service Representative – External Referrals

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle external referrals for our clients in El Salvador. In this role you will be the first point of contact for consumers, vendors and partners, delivering timely and effective support across phone, email and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming consumer calls and respond to inquiries via email and online platforms.
• Identify the root cause of issues, provide appropriate solutions and ensure case resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, products and procedures.
• Document each interaction accurately in the account system and keep a detailed logbook.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about trends, problems and solutions.
• Protect confidential account information and adhere to data security guidelines.
