About the role

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.
