Customer Success Manager – Network Development Specialist

About the role

AppDirect is looking for a junior Customer Success Manager who will focus on growing and strengthening the PartnerStack Network. This internally‑facing position is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and organizing affiliates and partners to ensure the marketplace runs smoothly and scales efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source and outreach to prospective affiliates/partners across relevant verticals to expand the network.
• Conduct initial vetting of inbound and outbound partner applications against fit criteria.
• Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and track the pipeline from first contact through onboarding.
• Review existing partner profiles and proactively match them with suitable vendor opportunities.
• Support vendor onboarding by providing shortlists of high‑potential partners for new programs.
• Develop and maintain a structured taxonomy for categorizing partners (vertical, content type, audience size, performance tier).
• Build repeatable processes and lightweight tooling to keep partner data organized and up‑to‑date.
• Assist the Network Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks related to network health.
• Prepare internal reports on partner recruitment, categorization coverage, and emerging pipeline.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a BDR, recruiting, partnerships, or affiliate‑marketing‑adjacent role (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to create structure where none exists.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and early‑stage relationship building.
• Detail‑oriented with experience handling data and spreadsheets at scale.
• Curious and analytical mindset, interested in identifying patterns of partner success.
• Excellent written communication skills for outreach and internal documentation.
