Delivery Partner Support Specialist

About the role

Join TELUS International’s Operations team as a Delivery Partner Support Specialist. You will provide real‑time assistance to delivery partners, helping them overcome issues that arise during active or completed deliveries. Your support ensures partners can work efficiently and confidently, contributing to a smooth delivery experience for consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from delivery partners and diagnose problems encountered during deliveries.
• Provide clear guidance, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for both active and completed orders.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams and follow up until resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the support system.

Required profile

• Consistently met or exceeded performance metrics in the last three months.
• Minimum 95% attendance and at least six months of employment with TELUS International.
• No active disciplinary actions.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work onsite.
• Completed the mandatory Learning Multiverse Fundamentals course.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong English communication skills (B1/B2 level or higher).
• At least one year of customer support or call‑center experience (preferred).
