Demand Writer (Personal Injury Demand Specialist)

About the role

As a Demand Writer Support Specialist you will drive a busy personal injury demand pipeline by reviewing medical records and bills, organizing exhibits, and preparing attorney‑facing demand packages that are ready for submission. You will work within a case‑management system (preferably Filevine) and follow a structured workflow while handling a high‑volume backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review medical records, bills and supporting documentation to ensure demand‑ready accuracy.
• Verify billing and treatment timelines, flagging any gaps or inconsistencies before package assembly.
• Build and organize complete demand packages with properly labeled exhibits.
• Identify missing records, bills, liens or key documents and communicate requirements to close the file.
• Maintain consistent exhibit preparation standards suitable for attorney review.
• Support demand submission workflows using demand preparation software such as EvenUp.
• Manage multiple active demands simultaneously while meeting volume and deadline expectations.
• Track and update demand tasks and statuses inside the case‑management system.
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce rework and increase quality at scale.

Required profile

• Hands‑on plaintiff personal injury experience, including drafting demand letters and packages.
• Strong independent medical record and bill review skills.
• Experience preparing demand packages from intake through final assembly.
• Proficiency with a case‑management system, preferably Filevine.
• Ability to operate in a high‑volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written English for attorney‑facing communication.
