Desarrollador Full Stack Mid-Level

About the role

TDW Group is looking for a Mid‑Level Full Stack Developer to design and build web applications, contribute to technical architecture, and work across the full development lifecycle with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable, reusable frontend components using Next.js, Angular or React, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS) following SOLID principles.
• Participate in architectural design, propose technical solutions and justify design decisions.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployments and infrastructure management in AWS or GCP.
• Work closely with product and data teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Document code, architectural choices and processes clearly for team knowledge sharing.
• Take ownership of specific components, providing leadership under supervision.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full‑stack development experience (web or mobile).
• Minimum 3 years using Next.js, Angular or React in production projects.
• Minimum 3 years of backend development with Python or Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience building REST APIs and working with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with various stakeholders.
• At least 6 months with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and familiarity with serverless, micro‑services or scalable monolithic architectures.
