Digital Designer (CAD) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Digital Designer (CAD) to join our growing digital design team. The role focuses on reviewing dental scans, interpreting technical specifications and creating high‑quality digital designs using specialised CAD software. You will receive comprehensive training in dental digital design and work remotely within a technology‑driven healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital scans and technical prescriptions from dental professionals.
• Assess scan quality, identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Create and modify digital designs using specialised CAD and 3‑D design software.
• Ensure designs meet quality, accuracy and production standards.
• Communicate case requirements, scan status and design‑related questions.
• Meet productivity goals and turnaround‑time expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Follow established design protocols and procedures with high accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and professional development.

Required profile

• Technical degree, university studies or equivalent experience in architecture, industrial design, graphic design, engineering, animation, product design, CAD design, 3D modelling or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, Exocad, 3Shape).
• Experience in 3‑D modelling and digital design environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
