Digital Marketing Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for generating new business by prospecting and qualifying leads for a suite of digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries related to digital marketing services, including website design, SEO, video production, social media, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, online market research, and application development.
• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through phone calls, email outreach campaigns, and other online resources and tools.
• Prepare proposals and quotes tailored to client partner needs and primary business objectives.
• Inform potential clients about the full range of digital marketing services offered by the company.
• Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition from close to account management.
• Maintain CRM records and track all sales pipeline, opportunities, and follow‑up activities.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, market intelligence, and competitive activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 1‑3 years of inside sales or client service experience, preferably in a media or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Google services suite.
• Experience creating digital marketing proposals and quotes.
