About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer Trainee to join our creative team in El Salvador. This paid internship offers a hands‑on environment where you can develop your design skills while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop graphic concepts that follow each brand's guidelines.
• Present creative proposals aligned with current design trends, both digitally and traditionally.
• Create content based on monthly or bi‑weekly calendars.
• Conduct monthly photo‑shoot sessions.
• Monitor emerging trends on social media platforms.
• Collaborate on the conceptualisation of marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.
• Currently in the 4th or 5th year of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team‑oriented, result‑driven, creative and adaptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of photographic content creation.
