Ejecutivo de Cuentas Claves – Marketplace

About the role

The Key Account Executive will drive the expansion and scalability of our Marketplace across the region. You will attract, integrate and accelerate strategic commercial accounts, guiding them from initial prospecting to maximizing sales on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, negotiate and onboard key clients in assigned countries, aligning with the portfolio development plan.
• Coordinate the full onboarding cycle with Legal, Systems, Operations and Catalog teams to ensure a swift launch.
• Design promotional calendars with the Sell‑Out team, analysing trends, conversion rates and sales performance to accelerate growth.
• Maintain commercial traceability in the CRM, build long‑term relationships with partners and ensure proper catalog visibility on the website.
• Present strategic recommendations to Marketplace Management and regularly report performance indicators to affiliated brands.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in key‑account management or merchant recruitment; retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel and Power BI for business metric analysis.
• Strong B2B negotiation, strategic and analytical mindset, planning orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary projects.
