About the role

The Senior Account Executive will manage strategic relationships with assigned clients, coordinating advertising projects and ensuring delivery timelines, communication objectives, and agency quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout project development.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, ATL (above‑the‑line) and BTL (below‑the‑line) media.
• Coordinate internal teams, assign tasks, monitor deliverables and adhere to project schedules.
• Prepare and track quotations, budgets, and work orders.
• Present creative proposals, strategies and action plans to clients.
• Generate progress reports, performance analyses and campaign results.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead follow‑up meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, delivery deadlines and project scope.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to new project development.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, project coordination or strategic client service, preferably within advertising, marketing or creative agencies.
• Knowledge of advertising project management, communication campaigns, and digital, ATL and BTL media.
• Experience handling budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
