About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage strategic relationships with assigned clients, coordinate advertising projects and ensure delivery of communication objectives, timelines and agency quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to drive successful campaigns across digital, ATL and BTL media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, provide follow‑up on requirements and advisory support throughout project development.
• Coordinate planning and execution of advertising campaigns in digital, ATL and BTL media.
• Work with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor deliverables and keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and track quotations, budgets and work orders.
• Review and present creative proposals, strategies and action plans to clients.
• Produce progress reports, results and performance analysis of campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead follow‑up meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, delivery times and project scope.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to new project development.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in account management, project coordination or strategic client service, preferably in an advertising, marketing or creative services agency.
• Knowledge of advertising project management and communication campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital, ATL and BTL media.
• Experience preparing and monitoring budgets, schedules and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate or higher English language proficiency (desired).
