About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our financial call‑center team in San Salvador. The role focuses on promoting and selling financial products over the phone, engaging with prospects, and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to present financial solutions to potential customers.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote additional services when appropriate.
Required profile
- Completed high‑school diploma.
- At least one year of sales experience in the financial sector.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, active listening and objection‑handling abilities.
- Experience with cross‑selling is considered a plus.
