About the role

The Pre‑sales Executive will act as the bridge between marketing prospects and the sales team, turning leads into concrete sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication, customer focus and the ability to manage digital outreach channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify inbound prospects, converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Contact and follow up leads through WhatsApp, phone calls and other digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified opportunities.
• Monitor and report on lead conversion metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of the pre‑sales process.

Required profile

• Complete high‑school diploma; technical or university education in Marketing, Administration, Communications or related fields is desirable.
• Experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, contact‑center or lead management.
• Proven ability to engage prospects via WhatsApp, phone and digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation, persuasive negotiation abilities and goal‑driven mindset.
• Organized, proactive and capable of following up on multiple leads simultaneously.
• Empathy, active listening and ease in building relationships.
